Heather is the Cofounder of Confidant, a consulting firm advising higher education leadership in the United States. Heather advises senior leadership to make the transformational changes necessary to thrive in the post-massification of higher education. She advised the President of Philadelphia University on the creation of the Kanbar College of Design, Engineering, and Commerce, the first undergraduate college focused exclusively on innovation.
